During Today's state of the state address Governor Lynch announced a 3-pronged NH Working Program which addresses the economy with several key strategies:
1. State to Partner with business and workers to provide an alternative to layoffs
2. Those who are on unemployment will qualify for 6 weeks of training to better psotion them for being skilled for avaialble jobs
3. Prepare workers to be ready to work by assessing their basic skills and readiness for work
4. the NH Job training grant fund will be expanded to $ 2 million and will also be used to train unemployed workers.
